From gentle guidance on materials, widths, poles and pleats, to accurate measurements, delivery and dressing of our completed curtains, we have been absolutely delighted. Every step has been clear. We have not had to chase or complain and the quality of our curtains is excellent. We were told that one set might be done by Christmas and the other would be delivered in January. You can imagine how thrilled we were when both sets arrived the week before Christmas. How hard the team must have worked. Cannot recommended more highly!
